On this page

The Marketplace is a storefront of complete, ready-made projects you can bring into your own account: an operation someone has already built, with its agents, sheets and automations, ready to adapt to your business.

Where to find it

Marketplace is a row of level 1. Import from the Marketplace in the project selector and the line under the New Task box open it too. Press Open in Kareenos above. Builders and viewers can browse. Importing and rating need an active subscription. Publishing your own projects is part of level 3: see Publish to the Marketplace.

The Marketplace Browse tab: Ask us to build it and Publish a project at the top, the Browse, My Listings, My Purchases, Publisher and My Requests tabs, the search box, the All, Account and Cloud filters, Import from GitHub, and a listing card

Browsing a listing

Every listing shows more than a name. You get a full written description of what the operation does, a components inventory listing every part that ships with it (agents, sheets, automations, screens, reports), and a workflow picture showing how those parts trigger one another. You can rate a listing and leave a comment for other buyers.

Step by step: importing a project

  1. Open the Marketplace on the Browse tab. Search, or switch between All, Account and Cloud listings.

  2. Click a card to open the listing. Read the description, then the Components and Workflow tabs to see exactly what ships.

A listing opened: its name and publisher, the Cloud level and Approved badges, the Share and Import buttons, the banner showing it is already imported and up to date, the rating and the description

  3. Press Import. A new project is created in your account with every part of the listing inside it; the listing then shows Open project.

  4. Choose the new project in the top bar, and review it under Manage projects in the project selector.

  5. Approve the imported automations in Automations, and connect the channels and credentials they need in Connections.

  6. Grant the right Teams access and go live.

Important

Imported automations arrive needing approval, exactly like any other automation. Nothing runs until a person approves it.

Updates from the publisher

When a publisher releases a revision, the listing tells you. You review what changed and apply the update to your copy selectively, part by part, rather than being forced to take all of it. Changes you made to your own copy are yours to keep.

Ask us to build it

If the operation you need is not published by anyone, press Ask us to build it at the top of the page and describe the idea. Your requests are listed on the My Requests tab.

Common mistakes

  • Importing and expecting it to run immediately, before automations are approved and channels connected.
  • Applying every revision without reading it, over the top of your own changes.
  • Looking for your import under the old project in the top bar. It is a new project: switch to it.
