Other ways to start

Upload an Excel workbook, point at a product website, or import a ready-made project from the Marketplace.

Describing your operation from scratch is not the only way in. If your process already exists somewhere, Kareenos can read it and start from that instead.

Start from an Excel workbook

Open the Super Agent, attach your workbook with the paper-clip button beside the message box, and ask to turn it into a project. Kareenos opens the real file: every sheet, the formulas, the links between sheets, even the hidden working sheets.

It then writes you a report in plain language: what your workbook actually does today, which sheets are entry and which are calculation, what the numbers say, where the data has gaps, and what Kareenos would add on top (automation for the parts you re-do by hand, screens for the parts you scroll through, agents for the parts you answer by message). You confirm the mapping and it builds the equivalent project, sheets and formulas included.

Pick this when a spreadsheet is the real system of record and the pain is that it takes a person to keep it alive.

Start from a product website

In the same Super Agent chat, paste the public web address of a software product you like or already pay for. Kareenos studies the public site to understand what that product does: its modules, the records it keeps, its forms and its flows. It then proposes the equivalent built on Kareenos, and builds it.

It mimics what the product does. It does not copy the product's pages and it does not take any data from it.

Pick this when you can point at something and say "we need what that does, but for our operation".

Start from the Marketplace

The Marketplace is a catalogue of complete projects published by others. Importing one recreates every part of it inside your own account as a brand new project: the sheets, the automation, the agents, the screens and the reports.

Nothing is shared with the publisher and nothing is live yet. It arrives as a working design that you then configure with your own data, credentials and channels. The step by step is on the Marketplace page.

Pick this when someone has already solved your problem and you would rather adapt than describe.

Tip

All three routes end in the same place: a plan you approve, then a built project. You can mix them, for example importing a Marketplace project and then describing the changes your business needs.
