Part 2 of the Kareenos clinic booking demo. The Booking Officer project is built and tested. We explore what Super Agent created, connect WhatsApp, and run live tests: a patient books on WhatsApp, cancels with double confirmation, and checks availability by voice through the agent's shared link.

What happens in the video

• Super Agent finishes the build and delivers full project documentation: agents, data sheets, documents, flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, action diagrams, and the complete workflow
• We tour the project's data sheets: bookings, booking logs, services, patients, and practitioners
• Bookings switch between table, calendar, Kanban, form, and map views, with full relations between sheets
• Workspace dashboard pages show today's bookings and activity for the clinic admin or manager, with manual booking when needed
• We connect WhatsApp by linking a phone as a linked device, then assign it to the Booking Officer so only one agent replies to patients
• A patient books a rehab session with Mark on WhatsApp and receives a booking code
• The booking appears in Google Calendar and in the mini calendar built in Workspace
• The patient cancels on WhatsApp. The agent waits for an explicit "Yes" at each step, with double confirmation before cancelling
• Google Calendar marks the appointment as cancelled right away
• We open the agent's shared link, branded in the studio and ready to embed on the clinic's site, and start a voice call
• The agent checks tomorrow at 1 PM, finds a sixty-minute initial assessment with Mark Tremblay for 130 Canadian dollars, and asks for the patient's name and mobile number
• Patients verify with a one-time SMS code, then book, change, or cancel freely

In this demo, we use Kareenos to build a complete clinic booking system: an agentic business application where patients book, move, and cancel appointments through WhatsApp, chat, a shared link, and voice. Part 1 covers the build, from an empty project to an approved plan with Super Agent building it.

What happens in the video

• We create an empty project called Booking Officer
• We connect Google Calendar under Connections
• We give Super Agent one prompt describing the clinic booking system and select max effort to build it in one shot
• Super Agent proposes the design:
  • One AI agent, the Booking Officer, answering patients on WhatsApp, chat, its shared link, and voice
  • Returning patients recognized by mobile number
  • Data sheets for patients, bookings, services, practitioners, and booking logs
  • The data sheet as the source of truth, with Google Calendar copying it, so there are no double bookings
  • Friendly booking codes, three WhatsApp reminders, and two admin screens
  • One-time SMS code verification on the shared link and voice
• We answer Super Agent's setup questions: a sample psychology clinic in Toronto, booking by service so the clinic can assign any available doctor, SMS code verification, and a mobile-friendly booking code format
• Super Agent delivers a full project plan with around eighteen build tasks and starts building after approval

A walkthrough of Kareenos and its three levels: the Kareenos core, Workspace, and K-Apps. Kareenos builds and runs agentic business applications. In this demo, we give Kareenos one task in plain language: monitor an email inbox, extract the invoice details into a data sheet, and build a dashboard from the data.

What happens in the video

• We type the task into Kareenos
• We send a sample PDF invoice with three line items from a second email account
• Kareenos reads the email, opens the PDF, and adds the supplier, invoice number, dates, line items, tax, and total to a data sheet
• We compare the data sheet rows against the original PDF
• We ask Kareenos for a dashboard, and it builds one from the data sheet
• A short look at Level 3, where the same work becomes an app

How it works

The agent handles reading and understanding the invoice. The calculations behind the dashboard run as code, so the numbers come directly from the extracted data.
