Quick start: build your first project
Describe your business need in a paragraph and let the Super Agent plan and build the whole solution.
On this page
This is the main path into Kareenos: you describe your operation in a paragraph, answer one form, approve one plan, and the Super Agent (the AI builder) builds the whole system.
Where to find it
Press Open in Kareenos above, or sign in and choose Projects in the top bar. Anyone with builder access to the account can start a project; if the Projects page is not offered to you, ask your administrator to place you in a builder Team.
1. Start the project
Open Projects and press New at the top of the project list.
Choose Build with AI.

Give the project a name, then describe the need in plain business language and send it.
A good description sounds like this:
We are a maintenance company with 12 technicians. Jobs come in from customers all day and technicians receive their daily work on WhatsApp. We need to track tickets and technicians, work out the best route for each technician every morning from the orders in our existing orders database, see what is happening right now on a live dashboard, and send me a summary every Monday.
That single paragraph is enough to start.
Tip
Describe what your business does and what should happen. Do not describe software features. "Customers ask for a quote on WhatsApp and someone has to approve it before we book it" is far more useful than "I need a chatbot with an approval workflow".
2. Answer the interview
The Super Agent replies with one consolidated form of multiple-choice questions, not a long back-and-forth chat. It covers:
- What the operation is for and what success looks like.
- The people involved and their roles.
- Where your data comes from (a system you already run, a file, or fresh data you will keep in Kareenos).
- What should run automatically, and how often.
- Whether anything moves (vehicles, technicians, equipment). This changes the design, so answer it honestly.
- Which screens and forms your team needs.
- Which channels your customers use.
- Whether photos or video are part of the work.
Every question offers a (Recommended) option, so "go with your recommendations" is a complete and valid answer. You can also type free text instead of picking options. Expect at most one short follow-up round.
3. Approve the plan
You then get a readable Solution Blueprint: the mission in your own terms, an inventory of everything it will build, anything it will reuse from what you already have, how the parts connect to each other, and the order it will build them in. Alongside it is a task list.
Read it and approve once. This is the only approval the build needs.
4. It builds
From that single approval it works through the plan without stopping to re-ask you. It creates:
- The project record and any connections to outside systems.
- The Live Workbooks: your sheets, columns and relationships.
- The Jobs: the background automation.
- The K-Agents: the agents that will run your operation.
- The Actions: the forms and requests your people answer.
- The Widgets and the Pages they sit on.
- The Reports.
- The wiring between all of it, so events reach the right agent or job.
It finishes with a verify pass that checks what actually exists against what the blueprint promised, and reports anything missing.
5. Watch it happen
The builder sits in a drawer docked beside the project. Open the Plan and Todo tabs in that drawer. The Plan tab shows the blueprint. The Todo tab shows every build step with its live status and a done/total badge that updates as work completes. You can leave the page and come back.

6. Finish the parts only a person can do
When the build reports finished, three things still need you:
- Approve the Jobs. They are created switched off. Nothing runs until a person approves each one. Open Advanced Editors, pick the project, and approve each job on the Jobs tab.
- Enter credentials for any external system, in Settings, Connectors. The builder never invents or stores your passwords. See Connectors.
- Connect your channels: scan the WhatsApp code, connect a bot, choose a phone number, set up email. See Messaging channels and Choosing an email option.
Then walk the project tabs (Overview, Components, Workflow, Logs) and confirm the result reads like your business.
Note
Job approval is deliberate. It is the moment a person reviews exactly what a piece of automation is allowed to do before it is allowed to run, and it cannot be skipped or done by an agent.
